ODPC is hosting an art contest to support and promote children in our community with a talent of art.

Date & Time: International Festival – May 18th (Saturday) 9AM to 12:30. (Seat Assignment 8:30 to 9)
Location: Open Door Presbyterian Church @Gym (2999 Centreville Rd. Herndon, VA 20152)
Eligibility: 5 years old Pre-K to 12th Grade (Limited to 120 students)

Age Groupings and Award:*Speical Award $500, Pre-K to K / 1st to 4th Grade / 5th to 8th Grade / 9th to 12th Grade
Entry Fee: $30 + $20 additional sibling(s)

Registration Deadline: May 11th
Refund Deadline: May 4th

Important Note: Art contest will only accept Artwork submitted using paper provided by the organizing committee on the day of the contest. Participants must bring their own drawing utensil and tool (a drawing stand is recommended)

Q&A:
Q: What is the need for “drawing stand”?
A: Drawing stand refers to a hard sketch-board that students can place their drawing paper. Tables will be placed during the contest, but we recommend to bring it in case there is not enough space.

Q: Are there any limits on drawing utensils?
Any drawing tools that can be used during the contest is allowed.
