Called To Be Acts 1:8 Churches: Reaching Out To Diaspora Communities At Our Door Steps

Greetings in the precious name and grace of our Lord!  We would like to invite you to our upcoming Open Door Diaspora Church Conference.  Our purpose in gathering is to learn more about God's calling for us together -- our English-speaking congregation and Korean-speaking congregation -- through the lens of Acts 1:8.  Just as the early church was scattered, they were unified in their mission to those scattered around them.  Likewise, in the Spirit of Acts 1:8, we want to learn how to grow together on mission, that even as we are scattered in our immigrant experiences, God calls us to take the gospel and to reach out together to our neighbors and peoples around us.  As we participate in this conference, we hope to be able to learn, pray, share, and plan Biblically, strategically, and practically.  We invite you to register for our conference, and we hope to meet you soon in person.
